At Haman Fabrics, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, we’re here to help.

Returns

We accept returns within 7 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return:

• The item must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition

• All tags and packaging must be intact

• The item must not be damaged or altered in any way

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

• Sale or discounted items

• Customized or stitched products

• Undergarments or innerwear (if applicable)

Exchange Policy

We offer exchanges only in case of:

• Wrong item delivered

• Damaged or defective product

To request an exchange, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order with clear images of the issue.

Refunds

• Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you about the approval or rejection of your refund.

• If approved, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days.

• Refunds will be issued via bank transfer / original payment method.

Return Shipping

• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received was incorrect or defective.

• Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
